Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wate r
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Heat water in a small saucepan or kettle until just below boiling (approximately 160°F/71°C).
  2. In a heat-safe mug, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, pure maple syrup, and unsweetened apple juice.
  3. Add the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves to the liquid base.
  4. Slowly pour the hot water over the mixture while whisking or stirring continuously to emulsify the spices and syrup.
  5. Serve immediately while warm to maintain the aromatic profile of the spices.
