Wrap tofu in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy weight on top for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tofu in the skillet in a single layer and fry for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are golden brown and crispy.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the tofu.
Toss the tofu continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and glazed the cubes.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
