Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons low -sugar BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and low-sugar BBQ sauce to the bowl.
  3. Incorporate the lemon juice and whisk vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous and a consistent color.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
