Healthy Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, Greek yogurt, salt, and onion powder.
  2. Whisk the ingredients vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the yogurt is fully integrated.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to whisk constantly to create a stable emulsion.
  4. Stir in the poppy seeds using a spoon until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
