Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz broccoli florets, bite-sized
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Add nutritional yeast, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss again to ensure the seasoning adheres to the florets.
  4. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and the edges are crispy and browned.
  6. Serve immediately as a high-protein side or snack.
